The SAP cost-center number is optional until known. A cost center is deactivated, never deleted: its history stays on the Summary for the months it has figures, but it is no longer offered for new entries.

GL grouping — accounts to run in SAP
Each account group, the report line it feeds, and its GL accounts. Copy accounts puts the numbers on the clipboard one per line — paste them into the SAP multiple selection for GL account to run the group's balance, then type it on the Enter data page (each row there has its own Copy button too). Revenue comes from KE24, so keep the series revenue accounts (e.g. 501000 SR domestic-series) out of the Sales Adj / DMR run. Load or replace the mapping from a workbook with a COA tab (group in the column after Ending Balance) and/or a GL Accounts tab.

Open a group's account list to change an account's group or description or remove it; Move all to merges a group into another (or renames it — pick "New group…"). Balances are stored by group: an account moved mid-year shifts its year-to-date balance between the two groups in the first week after the change (a reclass swing), and a renamed group's first balance is compared with zero — rename only before balances are entered, or move the accounts and keep the old name's line.
Monthly targets (forecast)
Year: Targets in EUR, converted at the month's EUR→USD rate. Production days = 6.5 a full week less the plant's holidays; daily target = month target ÷ production days.
The PC (4500) FC1 template: fills the PC targets in EUR from its P&L sheet — FC1 months as forecast, months already actual from the 2026 budget. Preview first; nothing is saved until "Apply to targets".
Work-week targets
Month target ÷ the month's production days × each week's production days in the month (Mon–Sat 1 day, Sunday 0.5 → 6.5 days a full week; holidays backed out).
Holidays
Each holiday backs its own day out of the 6.5 production days of its week (a Sunday takes 0.5).
Work-week schedule (ISO 8601)
ISO year: Weeks run Monday–Sunday; week 1 holds the year's first Thursday. Production days use the same count as the targets.
